As 2016 comes to an end I thought it would be a good opportunity to look back at our year here at 4one4 Real Estate. It’s amazing how fast time goes and it’s only as I sit here today and look back at everything we achieved in the past twelve months I realise that it’s been a busy year both in sales, rentals and the overall achievements of the office and our team.
Below I thought I would recap my most memorial moments from an office perspective and let you in on a few items we have in the pipeline for 2017.
February 2016
In February 4one4 Real Estate finalised their UAV operators certificate with CASA allowing our photographer Hamish Rogers to take aerial photos and video of our properties with our own in house drone. This additional feature comes at no cost to our clients and is an additional add on to our already included professional photos, floor plan, and 4K property videos.
March 2016
In March, we celebrated 10 years of 4one4 Real Estate in operation with a gala event at St Albi’s in conjunction with our even sponsor “The Mercury”. The night was a huge success and gave us the opportunity to meet up with over 100 past and present clients who could attend.
June 2016
In June 4one4 went completely web based ensuring our entire staff was able to operate quickly and effectively across the entire state. Our new systems not only benefit our staff but also potential tenants looking to rent through the agency as they are now able to book inspections directly with our property managers from any major real estate website without the need to make a phone call ensuring our agency are able to get more potential tenants through our properties quickly and effectively resulting in low days on market for our property owners.
July 2016
In July we launched the new look 4one4.com.au which has proven to be a huge success, the new site represents our brand moving forward and showcases not only our properties but highlights our staff and their achievements through the use of some clever technology
October 2016
October proved to be an amazing month for our agency as the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania’s awards for excellence were hosted at the Country Club Casino in Launceston. On the night 4one4 Real Estate was lucky enough to collect three awards including:
• Medium agency of the year
• Innovation agency of the year
• Communication agency of the year
These three awards recognised our commitment to improving our agency’s efficiency and service to our clients and showcased that with the right implementation anything is possible.

November 2017
One of our sales consultants Martin Evans completed his Diploma in Real Estate which is the highest qualification somebody can hold within the real estate industry and he now joins five of our other agents that hold the same qualification.
December 2016
Although December is normally a quiet month for the real estate industry 4one4 Real Estate decided to make a commitment to the Northern Suburbs of Hobart by starting construction on a new state of the art reception and meeting rooms for our clientele which is due for completion in 2017.
Looking forward to 2017
Stage one of our newly designed reception is due for completion in late January 2017 and will represent a coffee shop type experience allowing for an inviting atmosphere for vendors, purchasers, and tenants to be treated to the next level of customer service within the real estate industry. Upon completion, we will then be starting construction of stage two which will extend our reception even further allowing for two additional meeting rooms.
In March we will be heading to Canberra to compete in the national awards for excellence where we hope to bring home another three awards for Tasmania.
